1. Introduction

At CS Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with all our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including digital products, premium memberships, coaching services, and tournament registrations.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as guides, ebooks, and downloadable content), all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The product is substantially different from its description
  • The product contains significant technical errors that prevent its proper use
  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital content

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2.2 Premium Memberships

For monthly premium memberships:

  • Refunds may be requested within the first 14 days of a new subscription if you are not satisfied with the service
  • No partial refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions after the first 14 days; your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period

For annual premium memberships:

  • Refunds may be requested within the first 30 days of a new subscription
  • Partial refunds for the unused portion of the subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis after the first 30 days

2.3 Coaching Services

For scheduled coaching sessions:

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled session
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice
  • If you are not satisfied with a completed coaching session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the session, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

2.4 Tournament Registrations

For tournament registrations:

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 72 hours before the tournament begins
  • 50% refunds are available if canceled between 72 hours and 24 hours before the tournament begins
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tournament begins
  • If a tournament is canceled or rescheduled by CS Gaming Hub, you will be offered a full refund or the option to apply your registration to the rescheduled event

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@csgaminghub.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Product or service purchased
    • Reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

3.2 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Credit card refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or banking institution.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • For purchases made more than 30 days ago (except where specifically noted in this policy)
  • For services that have been fully delivered and used
  • For purchases made using promotional codes, gift cards, or store credits (in some cases, store credit may be offered instead)
  • If there is evidence of fraud or abuse of our refund policy
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions

5. Exchanges and Account Credits

In some cases, we may offer exchanges or account credits instead of monetary refunds:

  • Exchanges may be offered for digital products of equal value if the original product does not meet your needs
  • Account credits may be offered in cases where monetary refunds are not available
  • Account credits do not expire and can be used for any future purchase on our platform

6. Chargebacks

We understand that sometimes chargebacks are necessary, but we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Termination of your account
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Additional administrative fees

If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact our support team first so we can address your issues directly.
